2006 Cabernet Sauvignon, 9-3-5

First off, this wine has great depth of color with aromas of plum, black cherry, French oak, a light smattering of kitchen spices and cedar/sandalwood incense. It has a broad and powerful first impression with a sweet oak and cherry cola center, wrapped in black fruit rounding out the palate.

The expressive tannins will mellow over the next 12-24 months and if cellared well the wine should drink beautifully for 14 years or more.
