2007 Zinfandel

Our 2007 Zinfandel is once again sourced from Moskowite Ranch in Chiles Valley District and Kirk has hit it out of the park with our newest Zin. It has the same bright aromas of cherry, strawberry and cinnamon pie crust we’ve become accustomed to from his style. There are subtler hints of cedar and, for the first time, a punch of white pepper. The mouthfeel is quite voluminous given the warm conditions in Chiles Valley District and shows flavors of juicy, cherry-cream cola, brambly red-raspberry, vanilla bean and a bit of allspice. Kirk has made another bright and varietally true (not overly ripe and pruney) Zin.
